Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark
Makes 4 servings
- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 4 strawberries (sliced)
- Mix the yogurt with maple syrup and spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, roughly 1/4-inch thick.
- Top yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
- Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Break up and serve.
