Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 4 strawberries (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the yogurt with maple syrup and spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet, roughly 1/4-inch thick.  
  2. Top yogurt with blueberries and strawberries
  3. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Break up and serve.

Nutrition facts (per serving): 55 calories; 10g carbs; 0g fat; 4g protein
