Copied images will remain available for the life of the account. Images not copied to your account will be deleted after 45 days.
How to Copy Images
- From the images screen, select the image you want to save and choose Copy from the menu options on the right.
- You will be prompted to confirm the image copy at a $0.00 cost. Select Confirm and the process will begin to transfer the images to your account so you can maintain access to your images and share with others, if desired. You will receive a message upon completion.
Note: The copy process could take a few seconds or up to an hour. It is recommended that you refresh your screen to check for the confirmation message.
- Once the copy is complete, your images will be stored in the My Images folder.
Downloaded images will save as DICOM images and you may choose where to store on your computer, disc, external hard drive or mobile device.
When downloading, you will have the option to include an images viewer for this file type. This is an option in case the person viewing the file does not have the ability to access DICOM images. In most cases, you will want to select Yes to this option.
