Cardiac Rehabilitation
Supporting your heart recovery and long-term wellness
What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?
Cardiac rehabilitation is a medically supervised program designed to help individuals recover after a heart-related procedure, event, or diagnosis. This includes heart attacks, angioplasty, bypass or valve surgeries, stent placements and heart failure.
Our program focuses on improving strength, endurance and lifestyle habits to support a healthier heart and a higher quality of life. Through structured exercise, education and personal coaching, patients learn how to reduce risk factors and prevent future heart issues.
At Bryan, cardiac rehabilitation is available as both an inpatient service (for those recovering in the hospital) and an outpatient program (once you’re discharged). Wherever you begin, our team provides coordinated care designed to fit your personal needs and goals.

Benefits of Cardiac Rehabilitation?

Following a heart event or surgery, rebuilding physical strength can be a challenge. Cardiac rehabilitation offers a safe, supportive environment to increase stamina through monitored exercise tailored to your condition and abilities.
Improve Heart Health
Our team helps patients understand and manage key heart disease risk factors, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking and inactivity. Many patients also receive guidance on managing diabetes and weight loss as part of their rehabilitation plan.
