Spinal Cord Injury Therapy

Helping you face the future with strength and support

If you or a loved one has experienced a spinal cord injury, it’s common to feel overwhelmed. Whether caused by trauma, illness or another medical condition, the changes can be sudden and life-altering. At Bryan Inpatient Rehabilitation, you’ll find expert care that surrounds you with support, experience and determination to help you live your fullest life.

Understanding Spinal Cord Injuries

Spinal cord injuries (SCI) occur when damage affects the spinal cord or surrounding nerves. This can lead to changes in movement, feeling or function below the site of the injury. While symptoms vary widely, we provide specialized care to help every patient maximize their abilities.

Common causes of spinal cord injury include:

  • Traumatic accidents, such as falls or car crashes
  • Non-traumatic injury, including medical or surgical complications
  • Illness such as Guillain-Barre Syndrome
  • Spinal tumors or growths affecting the spinal column

Why Choose Bryan?

Bryan Inpatient Rehabilitation is nationally recognized for its outcomes and patient satisfaction. More than 84% of our patients return home after their stay — a rate that exceeds both regional and national averages.
