Chronic Pain Support Groups
Find a support group that meets your needs
Chronic pain is often defined as pain lasting more than three months. Being in temporary pain is not easy. And, life can be especially challenging when your pain doesn’t go away for an extended amount of time.
Living with chronic pain limits your daily life and can have real effects on your mental and physical health. Finding a support group can help you learn how to live with chronic pain, and improve your life. You can get advice and tips from others on what has worked for them, and equally important have someone who understands when you need to talk.
You can download our Chronic Pain Support Group brochure or view information on this page.
