Intensive Insulin Management
This training will help you if you need to improve your blood sugar control with daily injections.
Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM)
A CGM helps to monitor your blood sugars with decreased or zero finger sticks. It helps to give you more insight to your patterns or trends. This helps to identify the trends and treat them, leading to improved blood sugars. A diabetes educator can share more about the monitor, the benefits and help you determine if it is right for you.
