The most important thing to know is you are not alone. We're here to help you learn about your diabetes and make the changes that will help you feel better and live a longer, healthier life.

If you're newly diagnosed, your primary care provider will work with you to set up a plan based on the type of diabetes and your situation. This plan may include medication, education and changes in your lifestyle such as nutrition and exercise.

If you're living with diabetes, there may be times when additional education and support can help. You may have new areas of concern related to foot care or medications. There may be new technology to help you monitor your blood glucose levels better. Or, a new situation in your life that affects your diabetes.
