Living with Intention, Hope and Gratitude

When Robin Schumacher was diagnosed with breast cancer last fall, she was terrified and mad. “I’m too busy to be sick,” she said.

Through the Survivorship 101 class at the April Sampson Cancer Center, she learned tools to grow as a whole person – mind, body and spirit. “I learned to slow down and destress. This class helped me live intentionally with hope and gratitude every day.”
