Move your body. Support your healing.
Movement is medicine and can help you feel stronger, calmer and more balanced.
Our exercise classes are free, thanks to Healing Arts and Connections donations through the Bryan Foundation. You do not need to be a patient at April Sampson Cancer Center. Caregivers are welcome, too.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Talk with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
