Cooking for Wellness

Recipes for Health and Healing

Are you looking for healthy recipes you can make in your own kitchen?

Bryan Medical Center executive chef Nazim Khan created a cookbook of diverse recipes to help support your healthy lifestyle.

Recipes include breakfast, soups, salads, entrees, sides and treats and are great anyone wanting to focus on improving their health using whole foods. Many recipes also have a section with optional ingredients or different preparation methods. You are encouraged to experiment. Tailor things to your taste. Be fearless and have fun!

If you're in cancer treatment or recovery, check out the articles in the front of the book for some additional tips. There also is an index that shows how certain recipes can help with specific symptoms.
