Art for the Soul

Engage in a supportive, creative environment designed to help relieve stress and process emotions through art. No experience is required; all materials are provided. Led by local artists.

Register in advance – limited to 6 individuals per session.

Casting Through Cancer

Fly fishing has proven benefits for both mental and physical health. Join us to learn and experience these benefits for yourself. Volunteer community anglers from the Cornhusker Fly Fishers club will offer instruction on casting, while you spend time together in nature.

Research-backed music therapy to support your overall well-being – mind, body and spirit. A board-certified therapist will use music to help you relax, express your feelings, connect with others and feel more like yourself.

Sound Bath Meditation

Uses vibrational sound healing to help promote calm and relaxation. Benefits can include improved sleep, less stress and anxiety, and pain relief. The sounds help your mind to slow down and the body to rest and heal.

Embrace life beyond cancer and connect with others who share similar experiences. This free, nine-week course is recommended for cancer survivors finished with active treatment. Registration required. Caregivers welcome.
