Levels of Care

Take Control of Your Life Today

Call the Bryan Independence Center at 402-481-5268 to learn how to get help and become a better you.

Confidential information and crisis assistance is available 24-hours a day.

At Bryan Independence Center, you or your loved one's level of care for alcohol or drug use is based on need. Level of care is determined after an initial evaluation is complete.

Individually Tailored Care

Each level of care consists of a well planned, individually tailored series of therapies that draw from a variety of resources, including counseling, group therapy, education, family services and medical care. Careful assessment helps determine the least restrictive, most effective level of care. When clients are transferred to different levels of care during their treatment stay, our emphasis is on continuity of care and open communication with the client and family.

Effective Care

Bryan Independence Center is dedicated to continually seeking the most effective treatment program for each person. As part of this commitment, Bryan Independence Center is actively involved with the resources and agencies throughout southeast Nebraska.

Integrated Care

We recognize that individuals suffering from substance use problems may also suffer from other mental illnesses, which requires proper assessment, diagnosis and treatment. We focus on integrated treatment of the whole person and offer programming to help people who need both substance use and mental health care. Our interdisciplinary team includes counselors, nurses, a teacher, spiritual counselor, mental health technicians, psychiatrists and mental health practitioners.

Substance Use Evaluation

Substance Use Evaluation

Our licensed counselor interviews and assesses the potential existence of a substance use or dependency issue. If needed, he or she will make a recommendation for care.
