For Friends and Family

Your support is crucial to alcohol and drug treatment, for the person in treatment and for yourself

Do you know someone that may be struggling with addiction? Thank you for seeking treatment on their behalf. While recovery is ultimately the responsibility of the person with the addiction, your support will be a crucial part of the healing process.

As you know, the impact of addiction doesn't stop with the person with a substance abuse problem. Every person connected to someone struggling with addiction - whether a neighbor, employer, spouse, friend or child - is impacted by substance abuse. At Bryan Independence Center we offer resources not only for the one struggling with abuse, but also for friends and family that are impacted by that person's behaviors.

We make every effort to involve families in the treatment process, so that everyone impacted by substance abuse can find the tools needed to cope with the disease healthfully.
