Masks are Required

For the safety of all, we require everyone in our facility two years and older to wear a surgical/procedural mask. This includes visitors, patients, doctors and staff. Please wear a mask when entering our facility, and if it is not a surgical/procedural mask, we will provide one for you at our information desks.

Visitor processes may be different at each hospital. This is due to COVID-19 status and positivity rates in the community. Please view the policies for the hospital you will be visiting.

Bryan Medical Center 

Visiting hours are flexible and based on patient conditions. Please check with a nurse to determine if exact visiting hours exist. 

For patient safety, there are some restrictions in these areas: 

  • Patients with pending COVID-19 test or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis – No visitors
    • We will continue to communicate with family members daily
    • Visits for immediate family members will continue to be determined by provider and nurse recommendations for ICU patients
  • NICU patients
    • A list of up to six visitors will be submitted to nursing staff by the parent/support person; this number includes parent(s), support person(s) and siblings
    • Four people may visit at a time; if under age 18, the visitor must be a sibling
    • Siblings age 2 and over who can wear a mask and are toilet trained can visit
    • Siblings age 2-12 can visit for one hour per day
  • Patients on the Pediatric Unit in the Women’s & Children’s Tower 
    • A list of up to six visitors will be submitted to the nursing staff by the patient or parent/support person, this number includes parent/support person and siblings
    • Four people may visit at a time
    • Siblings age 2 and over who can wear a mask and are toilet trained can visit
    • Siblings age 2-12 can visit for one hour per day
  • Mental Health visitor hours
    • Youth patients: Noon-12:30 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. daily
    • Adult patients: 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Special Circumstances

  • Certified service animals are able to accompany patients, as long as patients are able to provide total care for them. Patients with a pending or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis are unable to have a service animal


Valet Parking Service is Offered at Bryan East Campus

  • This service is available at the main entrance (Entrance A) from 7 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday-Friday.


Staff Assistance

Our staff is here to help people once they are inside our building. If needed, wheelchairs are available in the entrance alcoves. You may use to transport your loved one to the lobby. This includes Bryan Medical Center patients and those coming to appointments with providers in our office buildings.
