It’s been brought to our attention patients are receiving fraudulent calls from people claiming to be calling on behalf of Bryan Health or one of our medical centers.
Here’s how you can be sure the call is from Bryan Health.
If you receive a call asking for payment, ask the caller to share your account number to confirm it matches the number on your Bryan Health statement (patient bill). If you don’t have this information readily available, tell the caller you will call them back. Do not provide your credit card or personal health information over the phone without confirming that the caller is from Bryan Health or is someone working on behalf of Bryan Health. Bryan Health does contract with several agencies to assist patients on resolving outstanding balances.
