Inpatient
Acute inpatient rehabilitation helps patients recovering from:
- Neurological events such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s exacerbations, multiple sclerosis exacerbations and motor neuron diseases
- Significant trauma that has affected a patients ability to care for themselves (e.g., motor vehicle collisions, falls, etc.)
- New loss of limb
- Significant debility from medical events such as cardiac conditions, pulmonary deconditioning, cancer, and severe infections like sepsis
To qualify for acute inpatient rehab patients must require the needs of at least 2 therapy disciplines (PT, OT, SLP), be able to tolerate intensive therapy with 3 hours of therapy 5 days/week, require physician oversight at least 3 days/week and require an interdisciplinary approach to achieve the desired functional improvement/outcomes.
Admissions coordinators are available 7 days a week to help determine eligibility.

Bryan Center for Sleep Medicine
We offer in-home and in-lab studies. We evaluate sleep apnea, insomnia, infant apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, parasomnias, REM behavior disorder and sleep terrors. All you need to do is call to refer your patient, and we’ll take it from there.

Chemical Dependency Intervention Nurse, for hospitalized patients
Often, patients admitted to a hospital for health problems also have substance abuse or dependency issues that are complicating their overall health. A patient's attending physician can request a consult by an intervention nurse.
Our intervention nurses see patients at any hospital in Lincoln.
Intervention nurses assess the patient for a possible substance use or addiction issue and make a recommendation to both the patient and the attending physician. Outcomes are more positive for the patient when substance abuse or dependency issues are identified and treated as another aspect of the overall medical care the patient is already receiving.
