Prenatal Massage - 50 Minutes  — $85

Special techniques for the unique needs of moms-to-be. Relieves leg, lower back, neck and shoulder, and symphysis pubis pain caused by the body's normal adjustments to pregnancy. A soothing experience that also promotes better sleep. Available for those in their 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Hot Stone Massage - 80 Minutes — $140

Volcanic basalt stones are heated to a comfortable and therapeutic temperature, and used throughout the massage to ease stiff muscles, increase blood flow, improve flexibility and promote deep relaxation.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 25 Minutes — $65

Our certified lymphedema specialists provide a gentle and targeted massage to clear lymph from the tissues. 25-minute massage is meant for one area of the body needing relief.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage - 50 Minutes — $95

Our certified lymphedema specialists provide a gentle and targeted massage to clear lymph from the tissues. 50-minute massage is meant for two or more areas of the body needing relief.

Reflexology 50 Minutes — $70

Reflexology is a type of massage therapy that uses pressure points on the feet to ease stress, pain and fatigue.

Reflexology + Massage Combo - 80 Minutes — $120

A wonderful combination for full body relaxation, with dedicated time spent on reflexology points in the feet.

Enhancements For Your Massage

Dry Brushing — $30

A dry body brush is used along the lymphatic path to aid the body in detoxification. This process has many benefits, including exfoliation for glowing skin, nervous system stimulation and endorphin release.

Foot Treatment — $25

A gentle exfoliation, cleanse and hydration on the feet for added pampering.

Scalp — $30

Hydrating scalp and hair oil adds an elevated touch of relaxation and pampering to your massage.

Cupping — $25

This ancient therapy uses special cups to create suction in targeted areas on the body. Benefits include pain reduction, decreased inflammation, and overall relaxation and well-being.

Facial Massage — $25

Please communicate with your provider for personalized facial work, as benefits can include increased blood flow, relieving symptoms of TMJ, relieving sinus pressure from allergies, tension relief from headaches and overall relaxation.
