Appointment Etiquette

Arrival

Thank you for arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment. First-time guests should arrive 15 minutes early to complete a brief health questionnaire.

If you are able, we highly encourage you to complete this paperwork at home before you come. You can find it in the confirmation email you received upon booking.

Late Arrival Policy

Appointment time will be shortened when guests arrive late to ensure the next guest is not delayed. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule.

Cancellations

We will ask you to provide a credit card to hold your appointment when scheduling. This credit card will be charged if you don’t notify us of  cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you book a same-day appointment, this policy still applies. If you are undergoing treatment and need to cut your service short due to any discomfort, you will only be charged for the amount of time you received.

Tipping

We are a not-for-profit entity, and therefore do not accept gratuities or tips. If you feel so inclined, we would appreciate your financial support to the Bryan Foundation, where your funds will further enhance the experience that our clients and guests receive at the April Sampson Cancer Center.
