Heart, Stroke & Vascular Screenings

How it Works

1. Fill out the request form below.
2. Select the screening procedure(s) you would like to purchase.
3. Allow 3-5 business days for processing.
4. You will receive a MyChart notification to schedule your screening appointment online. If preferred, you may call Bryan Medical Center at 402-481-5121 to schedule your screening appointment.
5. You will receive instructions on your appointment time, location and any relevant information regarding your screening in MyChart or via phone.

Results Information

• Screening reports will be mailed to the home address on file. You may share the report with your provider if desired as they will not automatically receive a copy.
• If any urgent findings are identified, your provider will be contacted directly by the Vascular Lab staff.
