Come visit Café Soleil, open seven days a week from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. with made-to-order meals and snacks like sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, cheese, crackers, beverages and other snacks are available between service times.
The new paved walking trail, generously donated by the Acklie Family Foundation, is located to the east of the hospital. There are benches located around the trail for your convenience as well as gliders and a pavilion. Take a leisurely stroll or a brisk walk, just make sure you clear it with your nurse before heading out.
Crete Area Medical Center has adopted a smoke-free policy for the health and safety of our patients, visitors and staff. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on medical center grounds.
Effective communication is our priority as it increases the quality of care and safety for patients. Crete Area Medical Center provides on-site Spanish Interpreters or tele-interpreters.
