Get Started Today
Discuss your pain with your primary care provider. They may order imaging to explore the cause and can refer patients to further discuss pain management options.
What You Can Expect
Prior to your consultation your PCP may order imaging to assist in identifying the source of the pain and developing the care plan. Once your referral has been submitted, a staff member will reach out to schedule your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, the provider will review your symptoms and discuss the source of the pain to develop a personalized treatment plan.
Pain relief looks different for everyone, but treatments generally are designed to target pain, reduce inflammation, improve movement and support daily function.
