Saturday appointments are available by appointment only.

Closed on the following holidays: New Years' Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Available on-demand-testing labs are listed here. Tests are processed and performed by certified professionals in a CLIA-certified laboratory. Most results will be ready in 4-24 hours, although a select few may take longer. There is no limit to the number of tests or the frequency of testing. COVID19 Antigen testing is available based on supplies. For more information on an individual test: https://labtestsonline.org/

What to do:

  1. Enter the Prairie Commons Medical Office Building using the south entrance. The address is 3563 Prairieview Street, Grand Island, NE 68803.
  2. Proceed to the 1st floor information desk to select the test you would like to purchase
  3. Sign the Testing Legal Disclaimer and Waiver
  4. Pay using cash, check or card and proceed to the draw center for sample collection

How do I get my results?

Access your results using the Patient Portal.

Can you send a copy of my results to my provider?

Yes, if you list your provider’s name, address and contact information at the time of registration.

What do my results mean?

Each lab test will have the result and a reference range to indicate normal values. The exact meaning and significance of abnormal values can only be determined by your healthcare provider. See the legal disclaimer for more information.

Do I have to fast for any of my labs?

Yes, the lipid panel is more accurate if you are fasting (8-12 hours without food or drinks, water is okay) before having your sample collected.

Are there any labs that should be collected during certain times only?

Cortisol labs are best collected between 7-8 a.m.

Can you perform a lab on my minor child(ren)?

Blood draws require a provider’s order for ages 12 and under. All other tests such as COVID, Influenza, RSV or Strep throat do not need an order. If a provider’s order is supplied, you can still elect to pay prior to testing if you do not have insurance or choose to not use it.

Will you perform COVID-19 testing for travel-related reasons?

No. Due to limited supplies, we are unable to offer travel COVID testing at this time.
