1. Retention bonus up to $4,000 per year

  • Full-time employees will receive $4,000
  • Part-time employees will receive $2,000

We value your past and current efforts to further your education. Our new program can help full-time employees pay-down their student loans:

  • Up to $5,250 per year for a maximum of three years - up to $15,750 total support!
  • Applies to all degrees

3. Tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 per year

  • Full-time, $5,250 per year
  • Part-time, $2,625 per year

4. Premium pay for over 40 hours per week

  • For bedside RNs, respiratory therapists, surgery techs, non-invasive ultrasound techs III and IV and lab techs
  • Up to $54 per hour in addition to base and differential pay
