Yes, I was had several things that I wanted to discuss and I was told we had 15 minutes and to pick 2. I was not not happy at all. I was told I would need to make other appointments to deal with anything. Other than that and I felt that there was not near enough time. Thank you.

The medical history was slightly unknown because the practice recently switched to a new computer system and some of the history apparently didn't transfer from the old to the new system. I didn't view this as a big deal. They asked questions to fill in some of the blanks, which only took a few minutes.

I had to tell the dr like four time where the pain was running down my arm. He just didn't seem to listen very well and was a little gruff when I kept telling me where it was when he was saying it was another part of my arm.

Terrible MD didn't listen to a thing I told him about my medical conditions and what medicines work the best for me. Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone else who seeks medical care. Very quick to walk in and walk out with no regard to what was really bothering me.

I am my husband's advocate at any doctor's appointment he goes to, and I feel this last appointment, I was not being listened to. My husband has had 5 strokes, and the doctor, it just felt like I was a ghost in the room. He just didn't answer or respond to anything that I had said to him.

I think the best thing that could happen is when you stop listening to the AMA, the government, and everyone else, and you start treating the patients for what they need, not what is prescribed by big pharmacy. Stop listening to them, and start listening to your patients,and helping your patients as they need help, not how someone else sees it. Maybe you'll then be helping the people.

My appointment was suppose to be at 2 pm. I had to be there at 2:45 for check in. My physician finally saw me at 4 pm. He was recommended by a friend, so this was my 1st visit. I was sent to lab corp for lab work because it was almost time to close and the lab at the doctor didn't have time to get done. Lab corp had me sit for 45 minutes and then told me that they couldn't take blood until they spoke to the doctor who had gone home for the day. Lab corp nor the physician contacted me the next day to reset my blood work so it still hasn't been done. Very dissapointed!

First visit to a new PCP (old one retired) and he doesn't know me at all. Also, first visit since the new computer system went in. One of the questions asked if the provider seemed to know my history. Because on the 2 reasons above, he didn't. HOWEVER, I really liked how he treated me and trust that he will get to know me in the years I expect him to be my PCP. I don't want someone to look at the low score I gave that one question and think that it was in any way a negative about Dr. Chughtai - because it certainly wasn't. It was a comment on our relationship being new and the system software being new.

Doctor was not helpful at all. Didn't even read my chart before my appointment. Passed me on to another doctor. That is all Bryan has done is pass me around to doctors. No help at all. Still in great discomfort and pain. Doctors are not sympathetic just rude.

We are just waiting for prescriptions to be sent in on a patient who's guardian is leaving the state tomorrow and has not received those from the doctor or the pharmacy has not received a call from the doctor's office yet to get those prescriptions, so we're a little bit worried, because he needs assistance in getting those medicines to him and he won't have anyone here after his guardian leaves to assist with that.

I was seen in a timely fashion. The doctor allied the fears that I had regarding my condition and was good at directing me to having a blood panel so they could get further information. The professional person in the lab was delightful. It all went quite well and I look forward to my next appointment when that's necessary.

We are currently at the ER based on the recommendation of the doctor. He indicated that there were concerns with the blood work and we should go to ER and get a CT scan. They were puzzled when we arrived that the dr didn’t just order the CT instead of using the emergency room. ER staff said that the blood results from yesterday were not remarkable. Had to redo the blood work and currently waiting for CT after several hours. Dr. Showed no interest in identifying the issue just wanted to quickly pass the buck. Have already changed healthcare providers and will be having records from ER sent to new physician

This week was the second time that I had seen Dr. Chughtai, and both times he had filled in for my primary care physician and he's done a really nice job of filling in for the doctor that I usually see, so I appreciate that and they are very flexible and helpful. Thank you.

New experience for both the physician and myself as this was the first major visit since my previous physician retired. I had some unfinished concerns at the end of my visit but forgot to bring them up although I did mention them at the beginning and was told we would get to that later and guess we both forgot.

The person that takes us into the room, his assistant, did not seem totally engaged with us and more confrontational than usually with an assistant. But, love Dr. Chung Thai and perhaps the assistant just did not relate to us as individuals. I don't know.

I called the following day after my appointment to provide more information about what was wrong. And that was a Thursday morning at 8:00 am. And I didn't receive a call back at all from the provider Thursday or Friday even though in the appointment he recommended I call back if the treatment was not working.

I had a several hour tachycardia experience and they got me right in and checked me out and set me up with a cardiologist in June. I would go the the ER if it happened again before June. It is hard for the doctor to be familiar with my medical history as he took over for the doctor before him as she retired and she took over for my original doctor who left to teach!!!!! All within the space of a few years in which I only saw these two doctors a couple of times. I am sure the doctor I am assigned to now in this practice is excellent and I am just glad the practice is still taking Medicare clients!!

I did not see my normal doctor I saw a new physician, I didn't feel like he understood or cared that it was hard for me to get time away from work to come in and now I'll have to return to have my ears cleaned which I felt he should have atleast attempted the day I was there. Now I'll have to take time off work and pay for another visit that should have been handled while I was there

Gave me sample medicine however did not explain how to use it. Did not listen to my symptoms or tell me what to use to sleep better just said what I was taking over the counter was not good for what I had. Did not seem to care about what symptoms I had just what he could see on the surface.

The staff is very nice. I have no problems with the staff. The doctor I waited an hour and a half to see him and when I did see him he had no idea why I was there and it was, I was told I needed to come in for a medicine check and he had no idea why I was there, was not really interested in me at all, they had already filled my medicine, so that wasn't a problem, he just was not interested in me. He quoted being there to medical, whatever, about anything I said, I'm concerned about carotid artery and he said he couldn't, he couldn't help me with that, didn't suggest anything else, and I was concerned about my right eye which keeps going fuzzy and

I told the scheduler what I was to be seen for (2 things)when I made the appt. The first was that I wanted a referral for physical therapy. The Dr. did not seem to know much about the second one. He said "i'll look through your records if you want to come back". Walked out in the same shape in which I entered. I like the staff, but I haven't been able to get much done there.

When you're not feeling well, you don't really want to have to drive over to Bryan, find a parking place, walk in the building, find the right desk to get a chest x-ray. It was awkward and irritating. Like I said, when you feel well, that's a burden. When you don't feel well, that's a burden.

I have problems hearing. I do wear hearing aides, and he talked to the computer, not to me, and I didn't hear much of what he said, and I mentioned that to him, but it didn't seem to have any effect. The young man who was in there with computer…with a computer did some translating, but that was one problem that we had. He was not able to answer some questions that I wanted answered, and the office was not able to answer them. So, it was a mixed review. I thought he was a nice person, and he is my doctor at the present time, at least. Goodbye.

Worst experience in this office ever. Been going here my whole life and will be transferring to a new primary care physician as soon as possible. Doctor did not listen to anything I said, ran the exact same test as they did Friday. Same negative results. Ended up going to a specialist for relief after two visits to this office.

I could not answer the nurse's question regarding the amount of Vitamin D I take each day. She said I could enter that information at home, on the on-line health portal. Although I am able to access my "page" on I cannot locate where such information is recorded. I have called about this but have not received an answer to my call.

Well, number 1, it seemed like everything was mixed up over there because they had a different computer .stuff going on. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with the new computer stuff. And my main complaint was I could not understand him. I could not understand how he talked.

I was given a 15 minute appointment and was told more than once that i should have asked for a 30 minute appointment and with my list i probably would have to make more than one appointment to discuss everything. How was i supposed to know that? I consider myself a new patient. I told the receptionist when i made the appointment that i had a list of ailments. All she said was you have to ask the Dr.

I had been seeing Dr. Erika VanWyk for almost 10 years when she retired in December. I currently take medication that requires me to pick up my prescription each month. In December I specifically asked what I needed to do to ensure that I could continue to receive this medication, and was told by the receptionist, Hannah or Hayley (not sure) I only needed to select a new doctor. When I called to refill my prescription, I did not receive any notification after the 2 business days so I went to the office only to be told they were not able to give me my prescription without being seen by the new physician. I was very concerned at this because I cannot function without my medication. I have no issues with seeing the physician before they are prescribing me medication, but I do however have a concern at the fact that this was not communicated to me prior to needing the refill. My other concern is that I have been prescribed this medication since 2013, minus the time I was pregnant and nursing, by Dr. VanWyk and it was clearly in my records. I had also had my physical and seen Dr. VanWyk in November 2017. If they are in the same office, there should have been no concern, unless they do not trust Dr. VanWyk. I am extremely concerned that Dr. Myers would cut me off cold from a medication that I have taken every day for more than 3 years, without concern for any side effects I would suffer as a result. I appreciate the times we live in where people may take advantage of these types of medications, however, by reviewing my file he could clearly see that I am under Dr. VanWyk's care and I care about my health. I would like to recognize both the nurse that spoke to me, Cassie, the office manager Christie, and the receptionist Brittany. These three ladies were nothing short of amazing, they were very conscious of the situation and made sure they helped me understand and get me in to ultimately see Dr. Chughtai. I met with Dr. Chughtai the next day and was very impressed and calmed by him. He was very interested in my issues, I am thankful that he cares about my health. In addition, his CNA, I do not remember her name, was so helpful and sweet. She really set a great tone for my visit. On a final note, Hannah or Hailey (not sure), at the front desk could benefit from some soft skill training. She does not make you feel welcome at all and generally does not seem to be happy. I hope that the staff can work with her as she is often the first person patients encounter, as well as speak with on the phone.

I'm sure he is a competent physician, but I did not feel that he knew my history. That I've had bronchitis, asmatha, and pneumonia and I did not feel he listened when I said that I still feel that there is still an infection in my chest. I feel there is an infection in my chest and it is not being treated. I still don't feel better and it is Friday, using the over the counter meds that he recommended.

I was very impressed by the front desk staff and the doctor himself. I brought in piles of medical files and he was willing to sort through them to find a place to start with me. I haven't had an internal medicine doctor in years and I think I found one of the best.

I was pretty feeling that I was trustworthy with him, but it was my first time with him. I do have questions, but a lot of it depends on the lab work that he had done. So other than that, I highly would press 10 and stuff and he answered what questions he could answer at the time. Other than that, that's all I have to say right now. Thank you.

Well, really, it was not Dr. Chughtai's problem that some of the things were not rated high because he did not get my records from my previous doctor, and therefore we couldn't do very much until he sees those records. So, it was very difficult for me to do this survey because it was not under conditions that should've been, and he was however, half an hour late taking me. I had a 2:30 appointment and he didn't take me till 3. I've not had that happen in other doctors' offices and there was no explanation given. That's all.

I have been with Dr. van Wyk for years, was a little uneasy as I donâ??t know Dr. Chughtai, he put me at ease the minute he walked in to exam me, he seemed familiar with my medical history. He was very professional, kind and respectful.

Dr Chughtai seems to be OK, the rest of his staff is lacking. Especially the nurse, and front office staff. I also appreciate the lab person. I was never told there would be another person (a young man in my exam room) I assume he was filling in information on the computer. The nurse was quite cold and not very helpful or informative. The front office staff did not explain what was expected of me, now. For instance,previously I did lab just previous to my appointment. I had fasted since midnight my appointment was 9:15, the nurse took me directly to the exam room,said I should have come another day, earlier for lab, eventhough I sat in the room long enough I would have had time to do lab first. My wife who was seen by Dr. Chughtai is presently in a nursing home & the nursing home had sent a request for Dr. Chughtai to prescribe ear drops to soften the ear wax in her ear about 4 days prior to this appt. so the ear drops could soften the was & be flushed out at this appt., but Dr. Chughtai did not know of any request from the nursing home. Before the doctor came in to the room, the nurse tried to flush out the wax, but could not get it to come out. Dr. Chughtai then ordered the drops to be given to her, causing a delay in her treatment. The doctor nor the front desk could tell me whether Dr. Chughtai would take the new insurance we have in place for her in 2018 when I showed them the card.

Dr Chughtai is a blessing to my family for we have tested, trusted and proven him to be the best of them all. He has been our family Doctor for more than 15yrs. We love him and his family and wish him and this Organization well. As for all the Nurses and the front desk they are all wonderful individuals and I wish them well for being a blessing.

My opinion about this provider is swayed by a dissatisfaction with intake. I’ve never been happy with intake staff at this location and have had a few different staff serving in this capacity. Very superficial - not an outwardly caring attitude. Unfortunate, as I’m considering changing providers because of this.
