While having the opportunity to work in orthopedics, primary care and emergency medicine, my real passion lies in family practice because of the ability to care for patients over time. It's gratifying to see the improvements in patients' health as we work together on their health concerns.

My physician was very good. The nursing staff was courteous and professional, but was very rushed - it was if they were being timed with a stop watch. I felt like I was being run through a conveyor line.

Everything was OK, but my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, even though I repeated what it should have been when I left and I felt like a fool when went to get it and was told they didn't have a prescription for me. It has been straitioned out now.

There was a bit of confusion regarding scheduling that I assume was related to the recent move under Bryan. I imagine things will work more smoothly as they get into a flow.

She listened to me and saw a concerning spot on my arm that she told me about even though she wasn't seeing me for it. Very thorough and extremely compassionate. Took extra time which other providers don't normally do.

The doctor herself was extremely professional. She answered all my questions and she was very input that it to the situation. I was in and recommended a clear path for recovery. I was however not impressed with the operation at the front. It's very sterile. It seems like you're just a number and to be honest with you I don't know if I'll be going back there or not. My only negative is that the reception area is pretty open and not much patient privacy when the receptionist is asking questions of the patients. Everyone sitting there can hear the exchange.

Julie the PA at Cheney Ridge is the first health care provider I've had that I truly feel takes an interest in my health. She takes the time to speak with me about my health, test results (and what they mean), etc. She spends time making sure info in my file is correct. If she would leave for some reason I would follow her to where she going if possible.

I cannot believe the entire office did not have hot water while I was there. Not even warm water. I had to have my ears cleaned out with cold water. And the machine they were supposed to use did not work.

Julia and my first doctor were phenomenal doctors, they knew exactly everything they were doing, and they provided above and beyond phenomenal care. It's a 5+ star rating for me, out of five stars total. I would even give them a 5.5 star rating if I could, out of five stars on their care providing. I am a happy patient now.

Being in a MVA and having an ExFix and fractured ribs, I am uncomfortable most of the time. The duration of my visit was too long and the provider wasn't familiar with my history prior to the visit. She was reading it as I was sitting in the exam room. It would have been way more pleasant if she was prepared prior and then we discussed my injuries and needs instead of sitting in the exam room for almost an hour while she read through it and then discussed.
