I was expected to have my nail trims and it's not happening and there was disappointed

I hope this is billed in such a way that my insurance completely covers it.

My experience was very good. The Doctor and staff are wonderful.

I was 1/2 hour early arriving, the waiting room was Full! To my surprise my name was called, I saw Dr.Wienke and was in & out of the office before my appt was due!???

Very friendly staff and dr was very helpful and explained my injury to me which didn't happen in the ER.

I called to make an appointment to get my mother in laws toe nails cut. They called back a day or so later and scheduled us. We came and were shown a room right away. The doctor came in and proceeded to tell us that the office partners with salons around town. My mother in law felt more comfortable having him cut them. He proceeded to tell her that he could but he would charge much more than the salons. He proceeded to snip them with nails flying all over the room. Once done he left the room. We showed ourselves to the check out desk. I felt like we should have been told that the office really did not do this when the appointment was scheduled and would have rather her not be treated the way she was.

Everyone is an absolute blessing.

The exam was wonderful. The provider was wonderful. Definitely listened and helped me. It is the front desk staff. I've been trying to reach for, I mean, literally since the day I left because I have questions about my foot. I'm not getting any response back and I've left two voicemails. And it's been, well, it's been four business days. So I would really like someone to call me back. Otherwise, good experience. It's just frustrating when you can't get a hold of your doctor because you have questions about the medical side of your exam and your, what you went through.

Listen to your patients more and their concerns, and not just dismiss them and rush them out.

The doc and I had a complete opposite understanding of what we were doing. He thought I was there for a medical opinion about my feet. I was not. I was there because I have not been able to get my pedicures as I have on regular status because of schedule problems and I thought I was going there to get a pedicure because my toenails are badly in need of that and he helped me nice enough, knowledgeable enough I'm sure, but he helped me not at all. So it was a total waste of my time and his.

Wonderful experience

From the time I entered the building, the front staff as well as the doctor's immediate staff were great. Very professional and welcoming, and helped to make me feel comfortable in choosing to see this doctor. Dr. Wienke was also top notch and affirmed my decision to have him assess my issues and come up with a plan of attack in my foot health care.

They are the best, glad to have them.

It was amazing! I have never experienced such efficiency at a doctor appointment! I was in the exam room within 5 minutes of checking in and Dr. Wienke came in shortly after! All staff were so kind and friendly. It was just a great experience and I will definitely recommend this practice to family and friends!

I got an appointment very quickly and once arriving got my appointment, was taken into an exam room. Total time in the office about an hour.

I just want to say across the board, everything was fantastic setting up an appointment, coming in, every single person I crossed the paths with. The doctor was great, explained the things to me very well, and really couldn't ask for a better experience. So we'll be planning on probably sometime later this year, going through the surgery he advised. And I just wanted to say everything was great with the appointment. Thank you.

Ylena pushed me from Capital Foot & Ankle to Bryan Specialty Clinic in my wheelchair. I didn't know how to get there. Ylena is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I am grateful for her. Please note that I do not know how to spell her name. Erin is also wonderful. I appreciate her kind, patient, thoughtful, professional demeanor and her knowledge. The nurses that prepared me for Erin and then to leave were both great as well. I apologize, I can't think of their names.

Overall, it was a great experience. From front reception staff to nurse, to nurse practioner, Erin, and to Dr. Wienke. They were very professional and knowledgeable, but also very personable! They explained things clearly, leaving room for questions. Impressive!

Well I have only had one appointment so far, will have a better idea after I have surgery on my foot, after I recover and following checkups after surgery.

Staff is friendly and competent.
