My Approach to Care

I am most passionate about preventive medicine. I like the idea of preventing illnesses before they start. An annual wellness exam is a great time to get to know a patient and talk about things we can do to prevent illnesses – whether it’s screening exams, diet, exercise, vaccinations and ways to keep people healthy.

I like working with patients of all ages, and really enjoy working with patients with young families. I can make a personal connection because I understand what it’s like to be a parent. That special connection is important to me.

I pride myself on being thorough and thoughtful. Often that means spending extra time to understand a patient’s medical problem or explain a diagnosis. I try to treat my patients the way I would want to be treated, or how I would want my family to be treated.

They did a great job fitting me in a the last minute to an injury which happened the previous night. My regular Dr was out but the PA was great, patient and explained exactly what to do regarding taking care of my injury.

I was greeted with friendly people and was seen by a very friendly and knowledgeable PA that listened to my situation and concerns. The medication that was prescribed has helped greatly.

I absolutely love the providers at Bryan NorthPointe. I feel like they truly listen to my concerns and are knowledgeable. They are friendly. The service is always fast. I rarely have to wait.

My only complaint is I have to call every month to get my script refilled. My pharmacy says they send over multiple requests for days...they get no response until I call

Everything was timely fashioned. I was in and out of there real fast from the time I got there for my schedule appointment. The only thing I really draw back on is is no real warm colors in the hallways. There's no artwork. They keep the patients at ease, kind of stuff like that, you know warm colors that it looks pretty plain in there like a psych ward or something. I don't know. I would put them up beat style and color to place. Other than that great service. Thank you.

I had no idea just how bad I really was. I knew I had a cold she found that I actually had bronchitis and within 48 hours. I am extremely better thanks to her care. I would recommend ER immediately to anyone who asked if I knew of someone. Thank you so much for even questioning. Goodbye.

I was very happy with the care that I received and the people were very nice. The provider was very understanding, answered any questions I had took my information a few things I forgot to tell her. But I mean I was kind of scared the first time being there but I mean she made me feel more at ease but I would definitely see her again. I really appreciate it her help and and the lady that showed me into the room. They were very nice. I was really happy with my experience. I guess that's all.

PA very knowledgeable about Randy's health situation. Dr. Hansen was out sick, so saw PA. Appears she had reviewed Randy's information as she knew a lot about his situation. She took time with him.

Everything in the visit was answered and I asked a lot of questions. Everyone was friendly and very professional. This was a pleasant and wonderful surprise since this was the first time I visited North Pointe.

Every one there, the staff was very nice. I know there just starting up but I think the Dr. Should come in sooner than 20 plus minutes. I know they read the chart to get an idea of what they are dealing with but our time is precious to. The Dr. And nurse were great at what they do. Just need to process us quicker. I felt like I was important to them once I got into the room or they showed up to talk to me.

That was very helpful, very kind and courteous, and very much listened to what I had to say, and the things I valued, and the things I was concerned with. I would greatly - I greatly appreciated Beth in all she did, and went above and beyond, and I would definitely recommend her and would likely see her again if I needed to.

I was seen for sore throat she then instructed me to call her back if it got worse I called her back it did get worse I have an autoimmune disease and I've been told to watch these kinds of things very carefully cuz it could make me even sicker she seemed to White right over that was not even considering that in any shape or form she basically told me it would go away and it has only gotten worse

I pushed one for the first question. I thought it was you so that should have been a 4 also she did not have my information because it hasn't been transferred over yet. They're having problems with their system. From the old system, so that's the only complained I had. Goodbye.

Beth is an amazing doctor she listens to everything that we need. She helps us with everything that we need if my child is sick she knows what to do and how to help I will be coming back all the time for my children's medical needs.

I think the staff is overworked there. They definitely need another person at the front desk. They are all working very hard and doing the best job they can. They do it with a smile, but it is obvious that more help is needed.
