I just wanted the doctor to make notes that my veins are not good and put that in my chart because I know the er did not and I need an ultrasound person in the room to find my veins and i want that noted

He was very understanding. He answered the questions I had. I was treated with respect. I had to bring my kids and they weren't exactly happy to be there as long as we were and instead of it being an issue he joked around with my kids and everyone made them feel welcomed! Truly appreciate everything that came from our visit.

Staff mispronounced my name multiple times. Did not offer an apology - had trouble going over notes of medical history; mispronounced several items with the reason of "it's early". - did not provide assurance for unlikely biometric readings; wrote down most elevated numbers in spite of mention that they were uncommon - lectured prior to receiving up-to-date information - did not listen to current living conditions that make the visit concerning - said I was "smart" when it proved necessary to show alternate facts based on the assumptions that were being made about me - this visit did not make me feel comfortable, and based on the history and reputation at Bryan, I was very dissatisfied with the experience.

Yes, I went to see Dr. Jain as the cardiologist and he was very aloof. He didn't ... when I went to first see him, didn't look like he cared one bit if I was in his office. And then when I called back to do my scan, I told the office I did not want him as my doctor, and yet he was the one that came and saw me afterwards anyway. And the office is very disorganized and I would never go back there.

Yeah, she one I had before was pretty good, and only thing I don't like about when you get in there. You got to wait probably 10 15 20 minutes in an appointment at 8 o'clock. My I know my name, but I should be right around 8 not know quarter to 9 or whatever. So that's only thing. I got the holler about talk to you later. Thank you.

I have one appointment set up and I got there for that appointment and they told me that the doctor wasn't in that day and it was canceled. But no one ever called me to let me know that it was canceled and then I needed to reschedule it. So I wasted my time and time off of work and to go for when he wasn't even there cuz they didn't get the courtesy to have anybody call me to reschedule the appointment. Secondly, I get to the next appointment that they reschedule and I had to wait an hour in the waiting room, which was ridiculous.So more time away from my work, thirdly. I was supposed to get a schedule, a pet scan and it's the end of the week. Ohh ready until Monday will be a week. I have not been called or anything about getting that pet scans.

My husband and I had Dr. Jain while he was at NHI. We were fortunate because he cared for my husband through some harrowing heart failure times and by rights he should have died some time ago but because Dr. Jain listened and was knowledgeable he is here with me at this time. Because of that we wished to stay with him even after our move to Missouri. I can not sing his praises enough. The nurses and office staff were friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful to first timers in their office. The same can be said about the ancillary staff doing the echo' and the Arrhythmia Services staff esp. Joe
