Needed a TB test. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

My provider was not a doctor (provider), but the individual that took my blood for the blood tests.I did not see a doctor, so these questions are not really relevant. The woman who took my blood was skilled; she was extremely quiet and said nothing.

Everyone is absolutely great and helpful! I had to wait a little longer than expected which was tough because I had a prior engagement right after. But I completely understand that everyone is busy and everyone I talked to was very helpful!

I was there to get a flu shot. So the only person I saw was a registered nurse and we have a great. It worked great. She gave me my flu shot. So yeah, she wasn't actually a health provider. She was just there as a nurse to give me a shout, so I got my flu shot. So, thanks. I don't use very good.

Hi, I made a mistake on the second question that was asked. I accidentally hit a one instead of the 4 Amanda Fitzgerald was excellent doctor and I would recommend her to anyone and so she's very professional and I thought she did a great job and and excuse me as a physician, and working with my granddaughter. All is well, except that they were going to call the results of the report to me on the x-ray when they got them, and they didn't and so I don't know what the diagnosis was. Thank you.

Delighted with Dr. Fitzgerald (I was seeing her for the first time). She's knowledgeable, thorough, and has a superb bedside manner. I think most patients just want to be spoken with (not talked to) as mature adults, and Dr. Fitzgerald does this as naturally as can be. I'm certainly hoping that my next visit with her isn't due to a health crisis, but I'm pretty confident that if that happens, I'll be in good hands.

Dr. Fitzgerald and her nurse were both very polite and took the time to look at my medical history since I was a brand new patient to the office. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful. Thank you.

This was our visit to see Dr. Fitzgerald and first impressions is very professional, very knowledgeable, but could use a little bit of improvement on bedside manner. Doesn't look the patient or the parent in the eye very often. That's about it, so just a little bit improvement on bedside manner and conversation, discussion but very professional and very knowledgeable.

The wait was long. I waited about 20 minutes to have blood drawn that took only about 5 minutes in itself. Once I was called back the service was great.

The staff was professional, and Dr. Fitzgerald was very informative and helpful. Unfortunately, the wait was pretty bad. I had an appointment at 3:45(which I was early to) and I didn't get to see the doctor until 4:50. I'm hoping this is a rare occurrence as waiting for over an hour was very frustrating.

I had to wait over fifteen minutes to be called back in the room. My appointment was at 4:15 and I left at 5. I saw Amanda for five minutes tops. I had a fever that was recorded by a nurse and she didn't even know that. I was disappointed and it felt like a waste of time.

The overall experience was great! The doctor was so nice and my nurse was so kind. There was one small issue I’d like to report. To give a little background information, I made the appointment at least 3 or 4 weeks ahead. On the day of my appointment, 1 hour before my appointment time, I got a phone call from the office. The office person left a voicemail saying that since I hadn’t been seen for a few years, I should plan to arrive 15 minutes early to do paperwork. This wasn’t a problem for me as I was already planning to arrive early. However, I would like to bring it to your attention that calling the patient an hour ahead of the appointment time, to request them to arrive 15 minutes earlier than the appointed time, doesn’t seem like a practical request. Such a request should be made in advance. (Maybe my appointment somehow slipped through the cracks, it wasn’t a problem for me, I just wanted to bring it to your attention) Thanks for the opportunity to give feedback! Of course I’ll be back to the office :)

Radiology closes down before 430 and I had to go to bryan west which was such an inconvenience. I had to go through admissions process which ducked. They also couldn't find the doctor order for cray which cost me more time. This need improvement. Radiology should not close prior to office closing.

My provider, Dr Amanda Fitzgerald, is through and knowledgeable. She shared a lot of information with me about new vaccines just coming out. That’s is just one example of how up to date she is and how she takes care of her patients. There is so much more that she took time to inform me about.

Would have given a 10 except that this was my first visit. I will say, that if my last visit was indicative of the consistent quality of care, than in future surveys I will absolutely select 10.

My primary care doc was very good and so was the lab tech. I was sent to radiology where they checked me in and implied it would not be long only to find out 35 minutes later the radiology tech went to lunch. Poor communication and poor service. I would have come back later or scheduled differently rather then sit in the waiting room while they were at lunch. It was the check in desk where the failure occurred in my opinion. When I did get in to have the x-ray done the tech was very good and very helpful.

I'm a new patient with Dr. Fitzgerald. The nursing staff impressed me with their competence and friendliness. The staff member who did my blood draw got it done first time, which is rare with me because my veins are small. Dr. Fitzgerald was very warm and took my concerns seriously. I liked that she showed me information to log into my online health care portal. Dr. Fitzgerald's office seems to run efficiently and the staff communicate with each other. Overall, very positive visit.

I arrived at 3:00 for a 3:15 appointment. Dr Fitzgerald refused to see me because she said I didn’t have enough time to fill in the papaerwork for the new computer system. However, I had already completed the paperwork on a previous visit with another in-network physician. Dr Fitzgerald insisted that she would not see me unless I completed the same paperwork which was already complete and available in the system. I refused. My understanding was that the new computer system was to make check in and review of documentation easier. I am not sure what Dr Fitzgerald hoped to accomplished. She certainly showed a level of arrogance and inflexibility—certainly no concern for the medical condition for which I needed to see her. I would like to point out that I was the only patient in the waiting room. It was not a busy day so I am confounded as to what excuse she could have for this behavior.

Dr Amanda Fitzgerald is very thorough and has great pr meaning she talks with you and listens to you and gives me a comforting feeling that she cares about me and her nurse is very thorough with preparation information before I see the doctor. I was a new patient on a day the office was dealing with a new computer system or program, so there was quite a bit of delay. I was told I would learn more about the online patient access system, but no one spoke to me about it. Consequently, I do not know how I will learn about my test results. There seems to be an abnormality on my EKG, so naturally I am anxious to learn more about this.

My answer on the timely part had to do mostly because it was the first day of the new software implementation and it took forever for that to be taken care of. I also couldn't pay at the time because the software wouldn't take my debit card. I was the first person to try doing it and they couldn't figure it out. I wasn't feeling the best while all of this was going on so that would be my only complaint as to timeliness.

It was my first time seeing this doctor; and the first time in this facility. I was impressed! I would suggest that "just report at the front door for your diagnostic test" (Bryan East) doesn't really give enough information to someone who has never been there before and is a little anxious about where to go and what to do when I get there.

I trust Dr. Fitzgerald. She always gives me time to discuss needs. She is very thorough, compassionate, and knows me. All staff are friendly and personable. I am not just another file. I appreciate that she is connected to Bryan Care facilities. I trust BLGH with my medical care based on the outstanding care of the doctors, nurses and other medical support service. They communicate with Dr Fitzgerald and she with them. This is what we should expect from our medical services.

I was real impressed with the fact that you already had a list of the medications I was on the last time I was there, so that I didn't have to write them all down again. I did add 1 medication that I hadn't been on the last time I was there, but it made it a whole lot easier that I didn't have to write all of them down. Thank you.

Amanda Fitzgerald's office is totally awesome. The nurses are excellent, Amanda Fitzgerald really listens to her patients, she tries to help them figure out, you know, what is the best for that patient, that individual, and I definitely recommender for anybody in my family, friends, anyone. She's an awesome doctor. She really listens, and she communicates with you, and that is excellent to have when you have a lot of health issues.

When I set up my appointment, I was given no information on how to find the right office. I had to find a desk and ask where to find my doctor. My doctor seemed oddly tired/removed, she listened really well and helped me in every way I expected, just a note.

Provider seemed to have been in a bad mood that morning. Didn't greet me when she walked in the room. Kind of moody and kind of rude at first and she left the room to go call the urgent care where I was seen and when she came back she was a little better. So I'm just chalking it up to maybe she had a bad morning.

even though my physician was out of the office the day that i called in, I was able to be seen by Dr. Fitzgerald the same day. She was so nice, efficient, knowledgeable and explained the treatment. I will definitely ask for her again. In and out in less than 30 min. Great office.

Dr. Fitzgerald is such a good physician. I've spent my lifetime dreading trips to the doctor and over the course of time she has eliminated that discomfort. I trust her and know that when I see her she'll provide the best possible care. I am very appreciative to have her as a resource.
