One-year transition to practice for newly graduated nurses

Start your nursing career at Bryan Medical Center confident and successful with our residency program for newly graduated nurses. You’ll gain knowledge and receive professional support in your first nursing role while learning from Bryan’s clinical experts. This program provides new registered nurses with help and guidance to successfully transition into your nursing practice!

Newly graduated nurses holding a bachelor's or associate degree are automatically enrolled upon hire into the Bryan Nurse Residency Program. This is a one-year program. In addition to your regular working schedule, you will be paid for four hours each month to participate in this program. Monthly classes focus on:
