  • retention bonus

    Retention bonus up to $8,000 per employee

    With our new bonus plans, you can receive up to $8,000 over two years. Full-time employees receive a $4,000 bonus per year and part-time employees receive $2,000 per year.

  • student loan repayment

    We’ll help you with student loan repayments for past, current and future education.

    Applies to all degrees (loans must be secured through a registered institution granting verified student loans)

  • tuition reimbursement

    Tuition reimbursement for qualifying courses completed while employed at Bryan

    We value supporting full-time and part-time employees with current tuition expenses.

  • premium overtime pay

    Premium pay for over 40 hours per week

    Full-time and part-time Bedside RNs will receive an additional hourly premium when they work hours beyond 40 per week. This premium is in addition to differentials and overtime!
