Healing Through Music
We are pleased to offer research-backed music therapy at the April Sampson Cancer Center in Lincoln.
Music therapy is a proven way to support your overall well-being – mind, body and spirit. Work with a trained therapist who uses music to help you relax, express your feelings, connect with others and feel more like yourself.
Many people have found music therapy helpful during cancer treatment. Research shows it can:
- Help manage side effects of chemotherapy and radiation
- Reduce anxiety and improve your mood
- Make it easier to cope with grief and tough emotions
- Help you feel less alone and more understood
You don’t need musical experience to participate – just a willingness to explore and connect!
