Comprehensive Blood Screening

This screening provides overall health information and includes a comprehensive metabolic panel, lipid panel (HDL and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides) and complete blood count (CBC). Do not register for cholesterol only screening if registering for this screening. Requires 8-12 hours fasting. $52

Thyroid Panel

Determines if your thyroid is working properly and includes thyroid stimulating hormones (TSH) and thyroxine total (T4). BIOTIN WARNING: Discontinue Biotin supplement 24-72 hours before screening. $25

Cholesterol Only Screening (Lipid Panel)

Measures cholesterol (HDL and LDL) and triglycerides. Requires 12 hours fasting. This is included in the Comprehensive Blood Screening. $17

Hemoglobin A1c Screening

Provides reading of average blood sugar levels over the past two-three months. $10

Prostate Specific Antigen Total (PSA) Screening

This blood test is used to screen for prostate cancer. $10
