This nine-week course is led by a specially trained facilitator. Get useful tips and research-based advice on topics such as:

Free, Registration Required
Recommended for cancer survivors finished with active treatment and their caregivers. Please be sure to attend the first session and commit to attending each of the nine (9) weekly sessions to get the most out of the course.
