To Care is Human:
What’s Love Got to Do with It?

All health care leaders and front line team members.

Program Purpose:
This program is designed to enable participants to gain knowledge that will allow them to connect with patients beyond best practices. Participants will be provided information to discover new ways to provide compassionate care while finding “Joy in Work”.

Tiffany Christensen, Vice President of Experience Innovation, The Beryl Institute
Tiffany approaches her work from two perspectives, one as a cystic fibrosis patient who has received two double lung transplants, and one as a professional patient advocate and Experience Professional. Tiffany serves as a focused innovator working to share global practice and reinforce the need to understand “Patient Experience” as a practice, not just an outcome.
