Guided Labyrinth Walks
Walking Meditation in the Garden of Hope & Healing,
April Sampson Cancer Center
Meet in lower level lobby to walk out together, or join the group behind the cancer center in the garden to the south. Facilitated by Kerri Denell.
A labyrinth is an ancient walking path with one clear route. It leads from the entrance to the center and then back out the same way. People use labyrinths as a form of walking meditation, encouraging them to slow down, reflect and reconnect with themselves. For many, the labyrinth represents a personal journey inward — toward physical, emotional, and spiritual balance — and the insights they bring back into everyday life.
Guided labyrinth walks offer a calm and welcoming experience for everyone. No prior experience is needed. Participants are welcome to attend the full session or join for just part of it.
