Navigating Grief
Guided Conversations on Life, Legacy & Meaning
A Three-Part Series
Meets in the lower level conference room at April Sampson Cancer Center. Facilitated by Jen Davidson.
Grief shows up in many ways. It may follow a loss, come with illness or arise during unexpected change. If you are carrying grief, you are not alone.
Navigating Grief is a three-part series offering guided conversations for those experiencing grief or supporting someone who is. This series is structured as a workshop, not a support group, and provides education, reflection and conversation in a calm, welcoming space.
Led by professionals experienced in grief support and end-of-life care, each session explores different forms of grief, practical coping tools and ways to support yourself and others. You will also have space to reflect on bigger questions – meaning, inner strength, legacy and what matters most.
You are invited to listen, reflect or share as you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to speak. Attend one session or all three. All are welcome.
Please note: While this is not an end-of-life planning series, conversations may include reflections on mortality, meaning and legacy. These discussions are welcomed and gently supported.
