Description

Data Driven Quality & Performance Improvement for Rural Healthcare

Audience:
Nurses, Quality, and other rural health care leaders.

Program Purpose:
To teach participants the basic principles of the performance improvement process. Participants will be given information to advance their knowledge in assessing data sources, limitations and relevance to their rural workplace needs.

Speakers:
Troy Brown
is a Client Services Manager at the ChartisCenter for Rural Health. He brings over 15 years of rural healthcare management and consulting experience with a focus on critical access hospitals and network facilitation.
Amanda Howard is a Rural Health Network Specialist with the ChartisCenter for Rural Health. Ms. Howard advises rural and Critical Access Hospital networks in several states across the country.
