Brain Fog Course
Support for Clearer Thinking and Daily Life
Have you noticed changes in your memory, focus or ability to find the right word? Many patients say they feel slower, distracted or mentally foggy during or after cancer treatment. These changes can be frustrating and affect daily life.
You do not have to simply live with brain fog. This six‑week program is designed to help you strengthen your brain and feel more confident in your thinking skills. You will learn easy, practical strategies to support memory, focus and organization.
Each session builds skills you can use right away at home, work or appointments. The goal is to help your brain function more clearly and help you feel more like yourself again.
Classes are offered virtually or in person at the April Sampson Cancer Center – 4101 Tiger Lily Rd, Lincoln, NE (Map) in the lower level conference room. This program is supportive, patient-focused and created specifically for people affected by cancer.
