This class is open to patients, caregivers and the general public. Tai Chi Easy™ is a simple, accessible approach to Tai Chi. This method blends gentle movement, mindful breathing and meditation to support physical, mental and emotional well-being. Adaptations are available for nearly any ability level, including individuals living with chronic pain or limited mobility.
Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient practices that support the body’s natural energy flow, or qi. When this energy moves freely, it can help reduce pain and stiffness, improve balance, lower stress, ease blood pressure and enhance focus and sleep. Modern studies support these benefits, and many people find the practice both calming and empowering. Whether you are new to Tai Chi or have practiced before, this session offers a welcoming space to explore movement, relaxation and renewal.
