Our Kearney Regional Express Childbirth Class is a one-day, interactive course designed for busy parents-to-be who want a condensed version of our multi-week childbirth class. Taught by certified childbirth educators and infant car seat technicians, this class prepares families for labor, delivery, and newborn care in a single day.

- Breathing and relaxation techniques
- Managing pain and encouraging comfort

Each registration fee includes a support person, a course booklet, and access to the breastfeeding education video after completing the class
Please bring a lunch to enjoy during the lunch break, a microwave is available in our conference room. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided.
