Pat GanyoPatrick Ganyo,
Vice President of Rural Services

Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in health care in various leadership and administrative roles. He joined Bryan Health in 2011 as chief administrative officer for Bryan Heart. In 2014, Patrick was named president and executive director of Bryan Health Connect and also has been serving as chief executive officer of Bryan Health Connect ACO, LLC since 2017. As the vice president of rural services, he oversees the operations, planning, budget, executive/physician recruitment and compliance activities associated with rural hospitals and physician practices under consulting and management agreements as well as the Heartland Health Alliance. Patrick earned his masters’ degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis in Joilet, Illinois.

jayne van asperenJayne Van Asperen,
Rural Division Quality Officer

Jayne serves as the rural division quality officer and critical access hospital network coordinator for Bryan Health.  She has over 30 years of extensive experience in rural health.  Jayne is passionate about ensuring the rural communities she serves are able to provide the best possible care to their patients.  Jayne earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

brenda lamb

Brenda Lamb,
Rural Division Improvement Officer

Brenda serves as the rural division improvement officer for Bryan Health. She brings over 20 years of health care operations experience from ambulatory to acute care settings. Her background also includes project management, process improvement and optimization. She grew up in a rural community and relates to the variances between urban and rural areas. She provides workflow redesign, process improvement, coaching and mentorship for leaders, floor plan design and innovative ways to engage teams when preparing for change. She earned her master’s degree in human relations and business from Amberton University.

Kirk Johnson

Kirk Johnson
Rural Division Financial Officer

Kirk serves as the rural division financial officer. Kirk has 28 years of healthcare experience, including 20 years as a chief financial officer in critical access hospitals and 8 years of experience in physician practice finance and management. He provides financial expertise, oversight, and recommendations for rural healthcare organizations to ensure best practices and optimal financial results. Kirk earned a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Concordia College and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Pheonix.

travis englund

Travis Englund,
Rural Finance Consultant

Travis serves as a rural finance consultant for Bryan Health. He began his health career as a fellow with Bryan Health where he was immersed in hospital operations and governance. As a member of the rural division, he has fulfilled various interim financial leadership positions. Travis's financial and operational experience make him a valuable resource in rural health care for financial management, chargemaster reviews, provider compensation and business analytics. Travis grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his master's degree in health care administration from Saint Louis University.

Adam Stover,
Supply Chain Analyst

Adam serves as the rural division supply chain analyst for Bryan Health. He brings over eight years of experience in a health care setting, and over 15 years of experience in organizational effectiveness. His background also includes project management, account/customer management, talent management and consultative services. A native of Nebraska, he is dedicated to working with the rural hospitals he serves to ensure they are maximizing their purchasing decisions. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from Chadron State College.

Jaclyn Anderson,
Telehealth Services Coordinator

Jaclyn serves as the rural division telehealth coordinator for Bryan Health. She brings over five years of experience in a health care setting, and over two years managing video conferencing. Her focus is to coordinate and oversee video conferences and educational programs so that members of the Heartland Health Alliance are able to stay connected and up-to-date. Jaclyn earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Brenda McGinn,
Physician Recruiter

Brenda has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare including 17 years as a physician recruiter. As a rural Nebraska native, she understands the challenges rural hospitals face in recruiting providers to their communities. She has a strong commitment to finding the right fit for the physician and the practice. Brenda is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and the Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas Midwest Physician Recruitment and Retention Network (MINK).
