Pat GanyoPatrick Ganyo
Vice President of Rural Services

Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in health care in various leadership and administrative roles. He joined Bryan Health in 2011 as chief administrative officer for Bryan Heart. In 2014, Patrick was named president and executive director of Bryan Health Connect and also has been serving as chief executive officer of Bryan Health Connect ACO, LLC since 2017. As the vice president of rural services, he oversees the operations, planning, budget, executive/physician recruitment and compliance activities associated with rural hospitals and physician practices under consulting and management agreements as well as the Heartland Health Alliance. Patrick earned his masters’ degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis in Joilet, Illinois.

Bryce Betke
Rural Division Financial Officer

Bryce has over 30 years of health care finance experience and has been with Bryan Health since 2008. As rural division financial officer, Bryce is responsible for planning, oversight, training and compliance related to finance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance for rural division owned, managed and affiliated hospitals. He provides financial expertise and process improvement recommendations to rural hospital CFOs to ensure best practices.

Rural Division Quality Officer

Jayne serves as the rural division quality officer and critical access hospital network coordinator for Bryan Health. She has over 30 years of extensive experience in rural health. Jayne is passionate about ensuring the rural communities she serves are able to provide the best possible care to their patients. Jayne earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

Brenda Lamb
Rural Division Improvement Officer

Brenda serves as the rural division improvement officer for Bryan Health. She brings over 20 years of health care operations experience from ambulatory to acute care settings. Her background also includes project management, process improvement and optimization. She grew up in a rural community and relates to the variances between urban and rural areas. She provides workflow redesign, process improvement, coaching and mentorship for leaders, floor plan design and innovate ways to engage teams when preparing for change. She earned her master’s degree in human relations and business from Amberton University in Garland, Texas.

Travis Englund
Rural Finance Consultant

Travis serves as a rural finance consultant for Bryan Health. He previously was an administrative fellow with Bryan Health where he was immersed in hospital operations and governance. Travis focuses on providing finance assistance in a variety of capacities including financial management support, chargemaster reviews, provider compensation and business analytics. Travis grew up in Grand Island, Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He earned his master’s degree in health care administration from Saint Louis University.

Adam Stover
Supply Chain Analyst

Adam serves as the rural division supply chain analyst for Bryan Health. He brings over six years of experience in a health care setting, and over 15 years of experience in organizational effectiveness. His background also includes project management, account/customer management, talent management and consultative services. A native of Nebraska, he is dedicated to working with the rural hospitals he serves to ensure they are maximizing their purchasing decisions. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from Chadron State College.

jaclyn anderson

Jaclyn Anderson
Telehealth Services Coordinator

Jaclyn serves as the rural division telehealth coordinator for Bryan Health. She brings over five years of experience in a health care setting and over two years managing video conferencing. Her focus is to coordinate and oversee video conferences and educational programs so that members of the Heartland Health Alliance are able to stay connected and up-to-date. Jaclyn earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Brenda McGinn
Physician Recruiter

Brenda has more than 25 years of experience in health care including 17 years as a physician recruiter. As a rural Nebraska native, she understands the challenges rural hospitals face in recruiting providers to their communities. She has a strong commitment to finding the right fit for the physician and the practice. Brenda is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and the Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas Midwest Physician Recruitment and Retention Network (MINK).

Laurie Otto
HHA Credentialing Specialist

Laurie has served Heartland Health Alliance as a credentialing specialist for over 20 years. Laurie is responsible for processing provider appointment and reappointment applications, building privilege forms, and working emails and faxes related to the credentialing process. Laurie provides IT support for the credentialing software and provider application portal utilized by Heartland Health Alliance. She also manages accounting and invoicing functions. Laurie enjoys helping support the current credentialing clients as well as recruiting new credentialing clients.

Kristen Johnson
HHA Credentialing Specialist

Kristen has provided services as a Heartland Health Alliance credentialing specialist for more than seven years. Kristen manages provider applications for initial appointments and reappointments. She is dedicated to her work and ensures facilities have complete, accurate and timely files for credentialing. Kristen finds the relationships she builds with clients the most rewarding.

Courtney Stanton

Courtney serves as a credentialing specialist for the Heartland Health Alliance with her main emphasis being quality assurance. Her key objective is to ensure that clients receive a thorough credentialing file. She has over 10 years of experience in a health care setting, primarily in health information management. She attended McCook Community College where she earned an associate's of science degree.
