Pat GanyoPatrick Ganyo
Vice President of Rural Services

Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in health care in various leadership and administrative roles. He joined Bryan Health in 2011 as chief administrative officer for Bryan Heart. In 2014, Patrick was named president and executive director of Bryan Health Connect and also has been serving as chief executive officer of Bryan Health Connect ACO, LLC since 2017. As the vice president of rural services, he oversees the operations, planning, budget, executive/physician recruitment and compliance activities associated with rural hospitals and physician practices under consulting and management agreements as well as the Heartland Health Alliance. Patrick earned his masters’ degree in health services administration from the University of St. Francis in Joilet, Illinois.

Marybeth MoranMarybeth Moran
Rural Division Director

Marybeth has more than 25 years of leadership experience. Her background in health care includes human resources and organizational development, service line development and rural hospital administration. She joined Bryan Health in October 2021 as the rural division director. She is passionate about working for an organization that makes rural health care a priority and strives to meet the needs of the population and communities it serves. Marybeth earned her bachelor's degree and MBA from Texas Tech University.

jayne van asperenJayne Van Asperen
Rural Division Quality Officer

Jayne serves as the rural division quality officer and critical access hospital network coordinator for Bryan Health. She has over 30 years of extensive experience in rural health. Jayne is passionate about ensuring the rural communities she serves are able to provide the best possible care to their patients. Jayne earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska.

Kirk Johnson

Kirk Johnson
Rural Division Financial Officer

Kirk serves as the rural division financial officer. Kirk has 28 years of health care experience, including 20 years as a chief financial officer in critical access hospitals and 8 years of experience in physician practice finance and management. He provides financial expertise, oversight, and recommendations for rural health care organizations to ensure best practices and optimal financial results. Kirk earned a bachelor's degree in health care administration from Concordia College and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Aaron Delahoyde
Rural Division Organizational Development and Performance Improvement Officer 

Aaron serves as the rural division organizational development and performance improvement officer for Bryan Health. He has over 23 years of experience in health care human resources and leadership experience. He provides expertise in human resources consulting, executive recruitment, strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership coaching. Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in health care administration from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, and a master’s degree in management from Doane College. He has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2007.

adam stover

Adam Stover
Support Services Consultant

Adam serves as the rural division support services consultant for Bryan Health. He brings over eight years of experience in a health care setting, and over 15 years of experience in organizational effectiveness. His background also includes project management, account/customer management, talent management and consultative services. A native of Nebraska, he is dedicated to working with the rural hospitals he serves to ensure they are maximizing their purchasing decisions. He earned his master’s degree in business administration from Chadron State College.

Jaclyn Anderson
Telehealth Services Coordinator

Jaclyn serves as the rural division telehealth coordinator for Bryan Health. She brings over five years of experience in a health care setting and over two years managing video conferencing. Her focus is to coordinate and oversee video conferences and educational programs so that members of the Heartland Health Alliance are able to stay connected and up-to-date. Jaclyn earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

Pam Nienaber
Performance Improvement Consultant

Pam serves as the rural division performance improvement consultant for Bryan Health. She has more than 35 years of health care experience, including 17 years as a medical social worker and employee assistance counselor. Pam earned her master’s degree in business administration and social work and is certified in Emergenetics personality inventory, Prosci change management, crucial conversations and FranklinCovey. Pam understands rural health care and is excited to support these professionals in their efforts to be self-sustaining and to provide high quality care to their communities.

Brenda McGinn
Physician Recruiter

Brenda has more than 25 years of experience in health care including 17 years as a physician recruiter. As a rural Nebraska native, she understands the challenges rural hospitals face in recruiting providers to their communities. She has a strong commitment to finding the right fit for the physician and the practice. Brenda is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR) and the Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas Midwest Physician Recruitment and Retention Network (MINK).

Ryan Brunken
Executive Assistant

Ryan supports the rural services team in addition to supporting several members of the Bryan Health executive team. She brings experience in supporting health care leaders with an emphasis in communication and coordination. She earned her bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Laurie Otto

Laurie Otto 
Credentialing Specialist

Laurie has served Heartland Health Alliance as a credentialing specialist for over 20 years. Laurie is responsible for processing provider appointment and reappointment applications, building privilege forms, and working emails and faxes related to the credentialing process. Laurie provides IT support for the credentialing software and provider application portal utilized by Heartland Health Alliance. She also manages accounting and invoicing functions. Laurie enjoys helping support the current credentialing clients as well as recruiting new credentialing clients.
