NICU Transporter Campaign
Thank you for supporting life-saving medical transport for Nebraska infants
Your gifts made an impact
Last year nearly 200 babies born in rural hospitals throughout Nebraska and 30 babies in the Bryan Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) required medical transport for a higher level of life-saving care.
You never know when a baby in rural Nebraska will need the highly skilled care provided in the Bryan Level III NICU, or when babies already in our Level III NICU will need even more advanced care.
The need is great, for these newborns and their families. And — thanks to generous donors — we are now able to provide medical transport for these little ones.
VIDEO Medical Transport for Infants
Transporting an infant in need of advanced care is incredibly complicated. The Voyager Transporter will provide families in crisis with the best technology to keep their infant stable and safe. It’s the best opportunity for their baby to reach the hospital that can provide the exceptional care needed.
This infant transporter includes:
It can also transport critically ill or injured pediatric patients, and can be used in both ground and air ambulances.
Your generosity allows us to care for more families like the Hubbard family.
We met our goal of $75,000, matched by the Git-R-Done Foundation. Together we purchased a new infant transporter. So when a little one is in need, the best technology and care is available.
Thank you for helping us meet this need in our community.
