Audience:
HHA Rural Health Clinic Managers
Purpose:
Clinic managers will develop understanding of the foundational building blocks of high-performing primary care. Practices will be encouraged to bring their existing quality data and will use “The 10 Building Blocks of High-Performing Primary Care” as a road map towards becoming more patient centered. This work supports the achievement the triple aim of health reform- better health, improved patient experience, and more affordable costs.
Practice/Office Managers Meeting will be held by Jolene Monter in the East Plaza Conference Center Prior to the Rural Health Clinic Meeting from 12-1 pm. Please email Jolene Monter if you are interested in attending.
