The KRMC 5K Scrub Run (and 1 Mile "Lake Loop) is a fun run/walk intended to promote healthy living and community pride. Everyone is welcome at this event! Strollers, wagons, scooters and dogs on leashes are welcome! No bikes please. Please note, this is not a chipped/timed race.
Upon arrival at the event, participants will be able to ‘scrub in’ and put on disposable head covers, shoe covers, gloves, and/or masks. Event shirts will also mimic the look of ‘real’ scrubs. There will be a prize for the best dressed – if you have your own scrubs to wear, or want to make a unique costume, please do so!
