Saunders Medical Center Signs Management Agreement with Bryan Health
With the unanimous approval of its Board of Trustees, Saunders Medical Center (SMC) has signed a management agreement with Bryan Health. The initial term of the agreement, which begins January 1, 2015, is three years.
“Saunders Medical Center has enjoyed a long and beneficial relationship with Bryan Health,” said Tyler Toline, Interim CEO. “The patients we serve and staff we employ will benefit from the clinical best practices and operational resources Bryan Health brings to this partnership”.
Under this new management agreement, Saunders Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Nursing Officer will be employed by Bryan Health.
Additional administrative resources available to SMC include strategic planning, human resources, risk management, IT consultation, finance/management accounting, public relations/marketing, education, corporate compliance and clinical/quality improvement.
