Linda Jeffrey, manager, Bryan West Campus outpatient rehabilitation and pediatric rehabilitation

Linda Jeffrey, MAA, OTR/L, is the manager for outpatient rehabilitation services on Bryan West Campus and inpatient and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation services on Bryan East Campus. She received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Creighton University and her master’s degree in administration from Doane College. She began working in the Lincoln area in 1992 and joined Bryan Health in 1998. Linda has attended numerous continuing education courses including: Saebo and Bioness for upper extremity motor improvement following stroke, hand therapy including tendon repair, physical agent modalities and kinesiotaping. Linda’s outpatient expertise includes treating neurologic and orthopedic diagnoses, hand therapy including post-operative rehab, and fabrication of custom hand splints.

Cindy Nehe, manager, Bryan East Campus and Bryan West Campus inpatient rehabilitation

Cindy Nehe, MS, CCC-SL, received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech language pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, skilled nursing, inpatient rehab, acute care and outpatient services. Cindy is Vital Stimulation certified and enjoys working with patients who have had strokes, traumatic brain injuries and swallowing deficits. Cindy is the clinical coordinator for acute care, neonatal intensive care and outpatient pediatrics services at Bryan East Campus.

Ashley Yates, speech language pathologist

Ashley Yates, MS, CCC-SLP/L, received her bachelor's degree in business administration and master's degree in speech and language pathology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She has worked in a variety of settings including school-based early intervention, and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. Ashley has helped pediatric and adult patients regain skills for speech, language, cognition, augmentative and alternative communication, and feeding/swallowing. She has attended many feeding and swallowing courses to enhance her clinical skills for working with pediatric patients with feeding and swallowing diagnoses and premature infants. Ashley is a Certified Vital Stim provider and has been trained in the S.O.S. Approach to Feeding. She also has taught feeding and swallowing courses to graduate students and other professionals.

Traci Carey, physical therapist

Traci Carey, PT, DPT, earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a doctorate in physical therapy at University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2004. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, inpatient acute, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and home health settings. Traci’s outpatient expertise includes treating spine and orthopedic diagnoses and amputees, manual therapy and Graston-technique trained, shoulder rehabilitation and gait/running analysis. She currently is Eastern district co-chair for the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association.

laura corbridge

Laura Corbridge, physical therapist 

Laura Corbridge received her master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Iowa in 1999. She has worked with both adult and pediatric patients and specializes in treating those with neurological disorders including traumatic brain injury, stroke and other progressive neurological disorders. She also treats patients with chronic lung conditions. Laura has had advanced training in balance and vestibular rehabilitation including Neurocom Balance master integration training and Emory University’s certification of vestibular competency. Laura provides comprehensive vestibular balance testing services and pulmonary therapy.

Cindy Fluitt, PT

Cindy Fluitt, physical therapist

Cindy Fluitt, MS, PT, received a bachelor’s degree in education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She works at Bryan LifePointe where her areas of specialty include orthopedics, sports medicine and joint replacement therapy.

justin hash

Justin Hash, physical therapist

Justin Hash, PT, MTC, CSCS, earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and earned his physical therapy degree at Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minn. He completed his certification in manual therapy from the University of St. Augustine. He has expertise in treating spine pain, orthopedic injuries, hand injuries including creating custom splints, gait analysis and creating custom foot orthotics, work injuries with a focus on returning to work and golf-related injuries.

polly kubik

Polly Kubik, physical therapist, vestibular therapist

Polly Kubik, PT, is a 1995 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She has done post-graduate studies in balance and vestibular rehabilitation including vestibular certification through Emory University; Neurocom Balance master integration training; and community based fall prevention work. The majority of her practice is working with neuro-rehabilitation patients. She provides comprehensive vestibular and balance testing services as well as prosthetic training for amputees.

Terry Maly

Terry Maly, physical therapist

Terry Maly, MA, PT, ATC, graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a bachelor’s degree in education; he then went on to receive a master’s degree in health and recreation and athletic training from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He received his degree in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska. His professional focus has been on rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, as well as post-operative rehabilitation of extremities. Terry has worked with Nebraska athletics including football, baseball and wrestling.

julia reed

Julia Reed, physical therapist, certified lymphedema therapist

Julia Reed, MS, DPT, CLT, completed a bachelor’s degree in exercise science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a master’s degree in athletic training at the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She is a licensed physical therapist as well as a certified athletic trainer. She has worked in both outpatient orthopedic and acute care settings. She also is certified through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies as a lymphedema therapist.

Liz Wozny, speech pathologist

Liz Wozny, MS, CCC-SLP, received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Nebraska at Kearney and her master’s degree in speech pathology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a focus on traumatic brain Injury. Since completing her training, Liz has worked with adults in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Throughout her career as a speech therapist, Liz has gained experience in swallowing disorders, voice disorders, stroke, cognitive-communication impairments, augmentative and alternative communication, and degenerative diseases. Liz is certified in Vital Stimulation.

julie mcdaniel

Julie McDaniel, speech pathologist

Julie McDaniel, MS, CCC-SLP, received her bachelor’s degree in education and master's degree in speech and language pathology from the University of Nebraska. Since graduating she has worked in skilled nursing, acute care and outpatient pediatrics, including working with alternative and augmentative communication devices and children with autism. She also has worked in acute rehab with stroke and traumatic brain injury patients, and helping those with swallowing and speech difficulties, and memory and cognitive deficits. Her work passions include working with premature infants and children with swallowing disorders and feeding tolerance issues.

stacey anderson

Stacey Anderson, occupational therapist

Stacey Anderson, OTR/L, CPST, received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. She has been part of the Bryan team since 2011. Stacey has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings and brings extensive pediatric experience to our team. She has worked with children as on the pediatric unit, the pediatric ICU and the neonatal intensive care unit. In her outpatient practice Stacey has treated children from birth to the early teen years with a variety of diagnoses. She uses many treatment methods including water therapy, and is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician specializing in safety restraints for special needs children.

Jeff Schultz, physical therapist,
director, rehabilitation services,
Crete Area Medical Center

Jeff Schultz, PT, received his bachelor’s degree in physical therapy at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. His special interests at work include geriatrics, general orthopedics and acute and skilled medical-surgical patients.  

brad howe

Brad Howe, physical therapist

Brad Howe, MS, PT, earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from Midland College, and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He has trained as a teaching assistant for postural health restoration, and his other work specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine, back pain and vertigo/vestibular rehabilitation.

kelly little

Kelly Little, occupational therapist, certified lymphedema therapist

Kelly Little, OTR/L, CLT, earned her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy at Creighton University. She is a certified lymphedema therapist and specializes in hand therapy/upper extremity orthopedics, lymphedema, neurologic disorders and geriatrics.
